Bumble bee pin badge

A handsculpted pin badge made to resemble a bumble bee. These amazing pollinators have adapted to live all over the world, and can cover up to 1,500 flowers in a single day! In the UK there's over 270 species, and they are a crucial part of our ecosystem. Bumble bees' are a very peaceful bee, they don't sting unless threatened, and only the males have stingers - they also won't die if they sting. Worker bumble bees only live for about 4 weeks, its' only the queen bees that survive at the end of the season. She will hibernate underground during winter, before creating a new colony the following year. 𓆣٭ * 𖦹
